Who are we?
The majority of the mountainbike weekend rides and road trips are guided
by Lou.
Lou has over 12 years experience leading groups of mountainbikers in
South Wales and has competed on many Cyclosportive road events, with
extensive knowledge of event preparation, he even speaks a bit of Italian..
For large groups, beginners and Women's weekends additional, fully trained
leaders will be enlisted.
All guides are experienced cyclists with intimate
local knowledge and are trained in first aid, bike maintenance and as
Mountain Bike Leaders.
