Notes and booking conditions.

A minimum of 3 individual guests are required for UK weekends. We reserve the right to cancel and offer alternative dates or full refund.
All guests will be required to sign a disclaimer prior to starting the first ride.
Breakaway Cycling Holidays accept no responsibility for any injury or damage to guests property or injury or damage caused by guests to a third party.
Helmets should be worn at all times.
Adequate wet/cold weather clothing should be worn.
Bikes should be in a good mechanical condition prior to starting each ride.
A minimum of one spare inner tube should be carried.
Sufficient water for a 3-4 hour ride should be carried.
You are advised to eat half an hour prior to starting each ride, for longer rides you should carry additional food such as an energy bar or banana - consider the other riders in your group should you “hit the wall” / “bonk” 20 miles from base.
Be considerate to other guests and trail / road users.
If your not confident to ride a difficult or technical section - walk around.
Prices quoted are subject to alteration prior to booking.

Single rooms carry an additional supplementary charge of £15 per night.

Alternative “luxury” accommodation is available for our Afan Argoed weekends, some rooms have en-suite facilities, one has a Jacuzzi! Bar and restaurant facilities are also on site. £25 supplement for room.

In the event that a B&B is not available for the date you have chosen we may offer you the alternative of self-catering accommodation, any price difference will be advised.
